| Booth assignments are based upon exhibitor seniority. | ||||
| All companies which exhibited at the 2007 CanWest Hort Show are guaranteed booth space if their applications and deposits are received by February 1, 2008. Booth space will be released at this time if contract payment is not received. | ||||
| All previous CanWest Show exhibitors (1998-2006) who did not exhibit in 2007 will be given second priority for booth assignments if their applications and deposits are received by February 1, 2008. | ||||
| All
first-time exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve
basis. You are urged to submit an exhibit space contract as soon as possible.
The sooner you register the higher the priority number you will be given
and therefore a better opportunity to select from available booth spaces.

| Thursday, September 18th ,2008 : 11:30 to 6:00pm | ||||
| Move In / Move Out | ||||
| Move-In : Tuesday, September 16th ( specific move in times will be sent to each exhibitor in July ) | ||||
| Move-Out : Thursday, September 18th commencing at 6:00pm. All booth materials must be moved out by 12:00 noon on Friday, September 19th. | ||||
| Booth Judging | ||||
| Booth Judging will take place on Wednesday, September 17th. | ||||
| Each
year CanWest exhibitors compete to have their display awarded ‘Best
in Show’. The ‘Best Exhibit Overall’ wins a free booth in 2009. The other winners will receive a $200 discount towards their 2009 booth. Judging criteria can be found in the CanWest Exhibitor Manual. The booth categories include: · Best Exhibit Overall ( chosen from
all category winners )
