| Booth Assignment | |||||
| Booth assignments are based upon exhibitor seniority. | |||||
| All companies which exhibited at the 2010 CanWest Hort Show are guaranteed booth space if their applications are received by November 1st, 2010. A 50% booth deposit is due by February 1st, 2011 with the remainder of your booth payment due by May 1st, 2011. | |||||
| All previous CanWest Show exhibitors (1998-2009) who did not exhibit in 2010 will be given second priority for booth assignments if their applications and deposits are received by February 1, 2011. | |||||
| All
first-time exhibitors will be assigned space on a first-come, first-serve
basis. You are urged to submit an exhibit space contract as soon as
possible. The sooner you register the higher the priority number you
will be given and therefore a better opportunity to select from available

| Booth Judging | |||||
| Booth Judging will take place on Wednesday, September 29th. | |||||
 Each year CanWest exhibitors compete to have their display awarded ‘Best in Show’. The ‘Best Exhibit Overall’ wins a free booth in 2012. The other winners will receive a $200 discount towards their 2012 booth. Judging criteria can be found in the CanWest Exhibitor Manual. The theme for CanWest 2011 is ... "The Wild West".
