Registration Details In the event that you need to followup on a registration or if you have questions about the show please contact Heidi Henderson by calling (604)574-7772 ( Ext. 109 ), 1(800)421-7963 (BC only) or by email to hhenderson@bclna.com. Please note that pre-registrations will be accepted until Friday, September 24th after which point all registrations will need to be processed on-site at the show. Get the best rates by taking advantage of "Early Bird" rate discounts available until September 10th, 2009. Save Money! Seminar Group Rates Available! If you are registering 4 or more people from your company to a seminar, then you qualify for the group rate. The group rates are as follows: · BCLNA Member Rate: $55 per person, per seminar · Non-Member Rate: $65 per person, per seminar Please contact the BCLNA office regarding your group registration. The online registration system is not set up to register multiple delegates at one time. All group registrations will need to be mailed or faxed. Cancellation, Substituition & Refund Policy : Refunds will be provided for cancellations in writing prior to September 10th, 2010. We regret that refunds cannot be offered after September 10th but we can offer delegate substituions if the original registrant can no longer attend the show.
